Live video call – We discuss your session together, breaking down key points and strategies for improvement.

Monthly program – You receive a personalized program focused on the next steps for your progression.

Repeat & evolve – At the start of each new month, you send fresh videos and we adjust your program accordingly. This process continues throughout the year, ensuring continuous improvement and long-term progression.
